(TSX VENTURE:DRL) announced today that Paul Carroll has resigned as a director and has been replaced on the board by Dr. Andre Dupuy. Dr. Dupuy is a Quebec licensed physician, who specializes in cosmetic surgery namely liposuction. He is currently Vice-President of the Canadian Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He is also President and Founder of Clinique Medico-Esthetique du Vieux-Longueuil since 1996. He is one of the most active physician in the domain of liposuction across Canada. He has been a strong supporter of Diadem for many years and he is a substantial shareholder of Diadem. He has a keen interest for Real Estate and he is very excited in becoming a director of Diadem in order to breed new life into the company. The current board members are excited to see him join the forces and are looking forward to his input in future board meetings.

Currently Diadem is working hard at redressing the company financials and is close to announcing long-awaited good news to its present shareholders. The main interest of Diadem remains the Franklin Project and all our efforts are presently directed towards putting the company in a position to get in to a major exploration program in the Paulatuk area, specifically to test the values of 28 anomalies that have been identified and need to be tested.
