OAKDALE, CA--(Marketwire - July 27, 2009) - Oak Valley Community Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oak Valley Bancorp (NASDAQ: [ OVLY ]), announced the promotions of June Lopez to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager and Kimberly Karp to Assistant Customer Service Manager. Both Lopez and Karp work in the Bank's full-service branch in Escalon, located on 1910 McHenry Avenue.

Lopez has 18 years of banking experience and has been with Oak Valley Community Bank since 2002. She was instrumental in the opening of the Escalon branch, serving as Customer Service Manager.

A resident of Stanislaus County since 1989, Lopez is very much a part of the community. She and her husband, Jose, have three children and currently reside in Oakdale.

Karp began working at Oak Valley Community Bank in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative. A long time resident of the Central Valley, she currently resides in Escalon with her husband and two children.
