SACRAMENTO, CA--(Marketwire - July 17, 2009) - American River Bankshares (NASDAQ: [ AMRB ]) today announced that it will host a conference call on Monday, July 27, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time (5:30 p.m. Eastern Time) to discuss second quarter 2009 financial results.
