LAS VEGAS, NEVADA and VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 8, 2009) - Rancho Santa Monica Developments Inc. (OTCBB:RSDV) ("the Company" or "RSDV") is pleased to announce that it has settled its lawsuit with regards to the acquisition of AptHost Communications USA Inc. ("AptHost").

The Company retains full ownership of AptHost, issuing the remaining 500,000 shares of the 1,000,000 shares from the treasury of the Company and appoints two of the three shareholders to the board of directors of AptHost.

Joshuee Shang Ortiz will act as Chief Operating Officer and Director of AptHost. Cody McLain has been appointed the President Chief Executive Officer and a director of AptHost. Mr. McLain will also act as an Officer of the Company. Brian French will act as an advisor to AptHost and will assist in the transition of AptHost to the Company.

Mr. Alexander remains as Chairman of the Board of Directors of AptHost and RSDV.
