The Fund's Distribution Reinvestment Plan (the Plan) will be in place for the June 28, 2013 distribution record date and will allow Canadian resident beneficial unitholders of Class A units to automatically reinvest their monthly distributions in additional Class A units of the Fund, providing an opportunity to benefit from compounding through reinvestment at the prevailing market value of Class A units of the Fund. There is no distribution reinvestment plan for Class U unitholders. Please contact your Investment Advisor to enroll in the Plan.
