Eagle Energy Trust Confirms April 2013 Distribution

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - April 15, 2013) -Eagle Energy Trust (TSX:EGL.UN) confirms its April 2013 distribution. The cash distribution to be paid on May 23, 2013, in respect of the period from and including April 1, 2013 to April 30, 2013, for unitholders of record on April 30, 2013 will be $0.0875 per trust unit. The ex-distribution date is April 26, 2013.

The annualized distribution of $1.05 per trust unit represents a cash-on-cash yield of approximately 16% based on the closing price of our trust units on the Toronto Stock Exchange on April 12, 2013 of $6.60(1).
