GREENSBORO, N.C., April 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (NYSE: [ SKT ]) announced today that its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013 will be released Tuesday evening, April 30, 2013 after the market close.  The company will host its conference call for analysts, investors and other interested parties on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
