KKR Financial Holdings LLC Announces Distribution On Series A LLC Preferred Shares -- SAN FRANCISCO, March 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

SAN FRANCISCO, March 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- KKR Financial Holdings LLC (NYSE: [ KFN ]) ("KFN" or the "Company") announced today that its board of directors declared a cash distribution of $0.450694 per share on its outstanding 7.375% Series A LLC Preferred Shares (NYSE: [ KFN.PR ]) (the "Preferred Shares").

The distribution is payable on April 15, 2013 to holders of record of Preferred Shares as of the close of business on April 8, 2013.
