MILWAUKEE, Jan. 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation (MGIC), the principal subsidiary of MGIC Investment Corporation (NYSE: [ MTG ]), has promoted Mary Elkins to Vice President Information Services - Systems Development, and Susan Friedrich to Vice President Information Services - Chief Information Security Officer.

Ms. Elkins was previously the Applications Development Director.  She has been with MGIC since 1978.  Ms. Friedrich has been with MGIC since 1979 and prior to this promotion held the position of Information Security Director.
