Files 10K Reporting $7.9 Million in Revenues for the Fiscal Year Ended July 31, 2012

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - Nov 26, 2012) - Zurvita Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: [ ZRVT ]) ("Zurvita" or the "Company"), a dynamic direct-to-consumer network marketing company, announced today that it continues its record monthly revenue growth and reached over $2,086,000 in revenues for the month ended September 30, 2012 and $2,260,000 for the month ended October 31, 2012. October 2012 marks the ninth consecutive month of revenue growth for Zurvita.

Growth was driven by sales of Zurvita's health and wellness consumable products, including its Zeal for Life Challenge! The primary geographic markets contributing to the Company's growth were Oklahoma, Texas, California, Michigan, and Canada.
