PASADENA, Calif., Nov. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation (NYSE: [ WMC ]) today announced that Chief Executive Officer Gavin James, Chief Financial Officer Steven Sherwyn, and Chief Operating Officer Travis Carr along with other members of the Company's Board of Directors and executive team will participate in The Opening Bell^® ceremony at the New York Stock Exchange on Friday, November 30, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time.  

The ceremony will celebrate the completion of the Company's initial public offering earlier this year. Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 10, 2012.
