PSM Holdings, Inc. Announces September Loan Production -- ROSWELL, N.M., Oct. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --
ROSWELL, N.M., Oct. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- PSM Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: PSMH), through its wholly owned subsidiary, PrimeSource Mortgage, Inc. (PSMI), is pleased to announce the loan production numbers for September, 2012. The company reports 324 closings for a total loan volume of $56,679,032.
In addition, the company reports the September loan production consist of 51% refinance transactions and 49% purchase transactions. Jeffrey Smith, President of PSMI stated, "I am pleased that the loan production numbers are very much in line with our internal projections for September. In addition, we remain strong on our percentage of purchase transactions. This is well above the national norm."
