(PINKSHEETS: [ COBI ]) announces today it will be applying shortly to change the Company name to 1WorldDirect Holdings Inc. to better reflect its corporate direction and market niche. Compass CEO Tom Krucker stated, "As we aggressively develop new markets we are looking to brand the company under a unified name to further increase our presence in the Global markets."
