SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- [ Extra Space Storage ] Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: [ EXR ]) announced today that the Company has revised the record date for its previously declared quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share on the common stock of the Company for the third quarter 2012.  The dividend is payable on September 28, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 17, 2012.
