Paton brings more than 34 years of industry experience to this role. She comes to CNA from Navigators Management Company, where she served as vice president, Excess Casualty, for its New York territory. Paton led a team of underwriters and implemented a strategy and underwriting tools that grew the umbrella and excess book of business from the ground up. Prior to this role, she held positions of increasing responsibility with Chartis and garnered extensive experience in the umbrella business.
