Giraldi joins Cardinal Banks premier commercial lending team. As Market Executive, he will be responsible for the Business Development efforts of a team of lenders, business development officers, and branch managers, with a focus on expanding Cardinalas penetration into Montgomery County and the District of Columbia. Giraldias has served in various commercial banking and lending functions in institutions throughout the region, most recently as Senior Vice President, Group Manager of the Maryland Commercial Group for Eagle Bank in Bethesda, MD.

Giraldi, a longtime resident of Montgomery and Howard Counties, holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Maryland. He remains active in the Terrapin Club and the University of Maryland Alumni Association. He is also a 2005 Honor Graduate of the Maryland School of Banking, and is a member of the Leadership Montgomery Class of 2003. He serves on the Board of the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce, and completed his two-year term as Board President of Family Services, Inc., in 2011.
