VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 13, 2012) - Western Pacific Trust Company (TSX VENTURE:WP) (the "Company") announces that Suzanne R. Mercier has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company for personal reasons effective July 11, 2012.
