CTI Group Announces Release of Proteus® 7.1
INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwire - May 18, 2012) - CTI Group (Holdings) Inc. (
The new configurable dashboard is now controlled and configured at the user level, allowing RSS feeds, online TV channels, and any Proteus data fields to be displayed in separate data and graphical cells. The dashboard can be turned into a wallboard by the user and maximized for full display.
Also included in this latest version of Proteus is Personal Call Management. This new feature is used to classify business and personal calls made from mobile and fixed lines for the purpose of reporting for taxation purposes or payroll deductions.
Additional reports that allow carrier invoice amounts to be compared with Proteus rated calls are available, with the reports showing accurate cost allocation to cost centres, departments, or other groups.
Trevor Davis, CTI Group Head of Product, states, "We have added some exciting time and cost saving features into this release of Proteus. It is very much focused on areas where we have great customer demand. We have been using the customisable dashboard in our support centre for a couple of months and its flexibility has proved to be very helpful in reporting live call status, and the team loves the live TV feed."
