CHICAGO, March 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Taylor Capital Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ TAYC ]), the holding company for Cole Taylor Bank, one of Chicago's leading middle market commercial banks, announced today that it has established Thursday, May 31, 2012, as the date of its 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The 2012 Annual Meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. at Taylor Capital's headquarters located at 9550 West Higgins Road, Rosemont, Illinois 60018. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 13, 2012 are entitled to notice of and to vote at the 2012 Annual Meeting.
