TAMPA, Fla., March 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Walter Investment Management Corp. (NYSE Amex: [ WAC ]) ("Walter Investment" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has established March 23, 2012, as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.  The meeting will be held on May 3, 2012 at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay in Tampa, Florida.
