MobileBits Begins the Year with Close to $1 Million in New Contracts

Clients Include Major Network & Cable Provider and Automotive Review Site, Among Others

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MobileBits Holdings Corp., (OTCBB: MBIT), a premium provider of end-to-end content delivery solutions, today announced it has signed several new contracts totaling nearly $1 million, including: Total Car Score, UB Sports, Filmbreak and a major network & cable provider.

In addition to the annual recurring license and professional services revenue generated by each engagement, the Company may also place and collect advertising, subscription and commerce revenue for each mobile and web asset, where applicable.

MobileBits' newest partners have chosen to power their digital presences with Pringo Connect, the best in class end-to-end digital management and delivery platform which was unveiled in Q4 2011.  The extensive backend and management system, combined with the product's ability to deliver an extremely flexible user experience across different devices, were the determining factors in the rapid adoption of Pringo Connect.

"We are confident that Pringo Connect will strengthen our digital footprint and increase engagement among our users, especially in the mobile space," said Karl Brauer, CEO of Total Car Score. "We reviewed plenty of other platforms before making this decision, and we are confident that Pringo Connect is the single end-to-end solution that will help us successfully expand our business and reach consumers."

Pringo Connect appeals to organizations across many industries because of its rich feature set which enables companies to engage, connect and monetize their interactions with users, fans and consumers.  From the complete social suite to the seamless rich media playback on any device, audiences can now interact with and share an organization's content, whether it is internally or externally generated.

"We anticipate a strong year going into 2012 and look forward to expanding into even more industry sectors as clients recognize the power and utility of having a platform as unified and rich as Pringo Connect," said Majid Abai, CEO of MobileBits.
