DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - Dec 6, 2011) - The Pulse Beverage Corporation (OTCBB: [ PLSB ]) ("Pulse" or the "Company"), makers of Cabana™ 100% Natural Lemonades and the PULSE® brand of "good-for-you" NutriPurpose™ beverages, today announced that it has secured two large distributor agreements in New Jersey servicing a combined population base of 3.35 million potential consumers.

Fischer Thompson Beverages, in business for over 50 years and based in Flanders, New Jersey, is a regional beverage distributor that specializes in distributing beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages to both large and small retailers in the Northern half of New Jersey. Fischer-Thompson currently distributes industry leading beverages including Snapple, Stewarts, Nantucket Nectars, Vita Coco, Mistic, Yoo-Hoo and Skinny Water to the New Jersey localities of Morris, Somerset, Union, Sussex, Hunterdon and Warren Counties which together serve a population base of 1.7 million individuals.

Seaview Beverage has been in business for over 20 years and currently distributes industry leading beverages including Snapple, Gatorade, Stewarts Root Beer, Nantucket Nectars, Vita Coco, Mistic, Yoo-Hoo and Skinny Water to a population base of 1.65 million persons in Ocean, Monmouth, and Burlington Counties. Seaview runs 13 routes from a 55,000 square foot warehouse and administrative facility in Lakewood, New Jersey.
