Thomas Properties Group Announces Resumption of Quarterly Cash Dividend

LOS ANGELES--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Thomas Properties Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TPGI), today announced that its board of directors has reinstated its cash dividend at an annual rate of six cents per share of common stock. The first quarterly cash dividend of $0.015 per share of common stock is payable on December 7, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 23, 2011.
