W2 Energy Completes Purchase of 345 Woodlawn Avenue
GUELPH, Ontario, Nov. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- W2 Energy Inc. (OTC: WTWO), a developer of green energy, is pleased to announce it has completed the purchase of its factory and office facility at 345 Woodlawn Avenue in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
On Friday, November 4, W2 Energy closed the purchase and sale agreement and took title of the property.
Immediate plans for the facility include the completion of a combustion laboratory, the further development of the WaterHelix hydroelectric power plant, and the completion of the 2nd AiRocket engine for AzRISE.
W2 Energy's purchase of 345 Woodlawn Avenue will build investor value by adding a $1.2 million dollar asset to its balance sheet and will help W2 Energy's corporate growth by providing a top-notch corporate location and research and manufacturing facility.
