LOS ANGELES, Aug. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Cathay General Bancorp (NASDAQ: [ CATY ]) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of one cent per common share payable on September 12, 2011, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2011.
