Aqua America Announces Appointment of New President of Florida Subsidiary
BRYN MAWR, Pa.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Aqua America, Inc. (NYSE: WTR) today announced the appointment of Richard S. (Rick) Fox as president of Aqua Utilities Florida, Inc. Fox was formerly the vice president of customer operations for Aqua America.

During his nine years at Aqua, Fox has been instrumental in developing and tracking measurements to improve service to the companya™s customers in all 12 states in which Aqua operates. His expertise is based in Aquaa™s customer experience, including metering, billing, payments, call center transactions, collections, service visits and complaint resolution.
Before joining Aqua, Fox worked for 17 years in the chemical manufacturing industry in operations and technical management. He earned his B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and his M.B.A. from Villanova University.
Aqua Utilities Florida provides water and wastewater service to about 117,000 people in 19 counties throughout the state. Since acquiring its Florida systems in 2003, Aqua has spent more than $40 million to improve and rebuild the water and wastewater systemsa™ pipes, plants, wells and other infrastructure.
