Prior to joining JMP Securities, Mr. Krasnik was a director in the healthcare investment banking group at William Blair & Company, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare services, healthcare IT and medical device sectors. He previously served in the investment banking departments at J.P. Morgan, Goldsmith Agio Helms and Piper Jaffray & Co., specializing in mergers and acquisitions across a wide variety of industries. Mr. Krasnik holds an MBA from New York Universitya™s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a BA from Carleton College.
