UGI Announces Robert H. Knauss, Vice President and General Counsel, Will Retire in 2012
VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) announced that Robert H. Knauss, vice president and general counsel, intends to retire in the spring of 2012. Mr. Knauss, 57, joined UGI in 1985 as associate counsel and served in a number of roles with increasing responsibility, including vice president and associate general counsel of AmeriGas, and since 2003, vice president and general counsel of UGI.
