(NASDAQ: SGOC), (the aCompanya or aSGOCOa), a company focused on building its own brands and retail distribution network in the Chinese flat panel display market, including monitors, TVs, and application specific products, today announced that it will issue its audited financial results for the year ended December 31, 2010 on Friday, April 29, 2011 prior to the opening of the stock market. SGOCOa™s management will host a conference call at 10:00 am ET that day to discuss these results as well as recent corporate developments.
