Getty Realty Corp. Announces the Extention of the Maturity Date of Its $175 Million Revolving Credit Agreement to March 2012

JERICHO, N.Y.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Getty Realty Corp. (NYSE-GTY) (the aCompanya) announced that it has exercised its option to extend for one year the maturity date of its $175 million senior unsecured revolving credit agreement with a group of domestic commercial banks with JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., as the Administrative Agent. The new maturity of the credit agreement is March 27, 2012. All other terms of the credit agreement remain the same.

The credit facility permits borrowings at an interest rate equal to the sum of a base rate plus a margin ranging from 0.0% to 0.25% or a LIBOR rate plus a margin ranging from 1.0% to 1.5%. The applicable margin is based on the Company's leverage ratio, as defined in the credit agreement.
