LAUREL, N.J.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--PHH Corporation (NYSE:PHH) today announced that it will hold its 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., Eastern time, at the Company's offices located at 3000 Leadenhall Road, Mt. Laurel, New Jersey 08054. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on Wednesday, March 23, 2011, will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the 2011 Annual Meeting.
