FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust(NYSE:RPT) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a fourth quarter 2010 common share dividend of $0.16325 for the period of October 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010.

The fourth quarter common share dividend is payable on January 3, 2011 to shareholders of record on December 20, 2010.
