Atmos Energy Increases Quarterly Dividend

DALLAS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Atmos Energy Corporation (NYSE: ATO) said today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend increase on the companya™s common stock to 34 cents a share. The indicated annual dividend is $1.36. This is the 23rd consecutive year that the company has increased its dividend.

The dividend will be paid on December 10, 2010, to shareholders of record on November 26, 2010. This is the companya™s 108thconsecutive quarterly dividend.
