ENGELHARD, N.C.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--ECB Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: ECBE), the parent holding company of The East Carolina Bank (the aBanka), announced that on June 15, 2010, the Corporationa™s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share, payable July 12, 2010, to shareholders of record on June 28, 2010.
The announced Second Quarter 2010 dividend of $0.07 remains the same as the previous cash dividend payment in the First Quarter 2010.
