(NYSE: CLNY) (the aCompanya) announced today that the Companya™s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per common share for the second quarter of 2010. The dividend will be paid on July 15, 2010, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2010.
