CALGARY, May 20 /CNW/ - Target Capital Inc. (TSX-V: TCI) announced the closing of a $1.9M private placement of bonds today.

As part of a previously announced effort to raise funds, Target Capital today closed $1,969,000 of bonds through private placement. Of this amount, $900,000 relates to previously issued bonds which are being redeemed and replaced with bonds under the new offering. The maximum offering under the Offering Memorandum is $3,000,000 and further closings may occur in the future. The proceeds from this offering will be used to replace existing bonds and fund operations of the company.
