AcuMedSpa has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Face and Body Works Day Spa, Inc. of Lake Worth, Fl ([ http://faceandbodyworks.net/ ]) which has been in business for over 14 years and has consistently been both profitable and cash flow positive. The closing of this transaction is expected to be completed by the end of January, 2010. AcuMedSpa projects that this location can potentially generate over $500,000.00 in revenue in 2010.
As progress is made on this and other acquisition and growth targets, we will continue to update our stockholders.
