BORDENTOWN, NJ--(Marketwire - November 17, 2009) - WORLDWIDE FOOD SERVICES, INC. (Worldwide Food Services) (PINKSHEETS: [ WFSV ]), after 6 months of site reviews, has narrowed its search for office space for its headquarter staff to 3 locations; the Princeton area, the corridor of Rt. 3 and the N.J. Turnpike, and South Central New Jersey with proximity to Philadelphia.

The primary objective for the Worldwide Food Services headquarters is to be situated in the Northeast close to major hub airports, highways, and especially to the Company's distribution base. Final selection will be made by the end of 2009, with a move-in date sometime in the first quarter, 2010.
