 SKYEPHARMA PLC - BOARD CHANGE - CHAIRMAN LONDON, UK, 18 November, 2009 - SkyePharma PLC (LSE: SKP) regrets to announce today that its Chairman, Jeremy Scudamore, has informed the Board that he intends to step down from the Board at the end of 2009 for health reasons. Frank Condella, Non-Executive Director and former CEO of SkyePharma, has agreed to take over as Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 1 January 2010. Dr Ken Cunningham, CEO of SkyePharma, commented: "The Board thanks Jeremy for his valuable contribution as Chairman of the Company since October 2007 and wishes him a speedy and successful recovery.
