Exchange Income Corporation Announces November 2009 Dividend

WINNIPEG, Nov. 17 /CNW/ - Exchange Income Corporation (TSX: EIF) (the "Corporation"), announced today that the Directors of the Corporation have declared a dividend of $0.13 per share for the month ended November 30, 2009, payable December 15, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2009.

The dividend is designated as an "eligible" dividend under the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any corresponding provincial legislation. Under this legislation, individuals resident in Canada may be entitled to enhanced dividend tax credits which reduce income tax otherwise payable.
