NORTH WILKESBORO, NC--(Marketwire - October 30, 2009) - Expo Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ EXPH ]) to retire approximately 2.5 million shares.

As of 10-29-2009 the company has acquired approximately 2.5 million shares and has issued instruction to the company's transfer agent to retire them. The company is prepared to continue retirement of additional shares as conditions permit. It is expected that in the next few days our transfer agent will receive the certificate(s) and complete the retirement.
