TORONTO--(Marketwire - October 29, 2009) - W2 Energy Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ WTWO ]), a developer of green energy, is pleased to announce it has signed a preliminary joint venture letter of intent with Coastal Capital Acquisition Corporation to design, construct and operate an Algae to Bio-diesel facility in the state Florida, in the United States.

W2 Energy has an all in one system that grows, harvests and dries algae for use in the production of bio-diesel. This technology also creates a valuable by-product in dried algae for future feedstock. This opportunity will allow W2 Energy to showcase its Technology and get it out into a huge market place. W2 Energy expects to sign the formal joint venture agreement with Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp in the near future.

Remember W2 Energy is a net user of CO2. It generates carbon free power. Garbage is a renewable resource.

W2 Energy trades in the United States on the OTC under the symbol "WTWO." For further information, please contact Mike McLaren at (519) 341 3185 or [ www.w2energy.com ].
