BOWLING GREEN, KY--(Marketwire - September 17, 2009) - Allied Energy, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ AGGI ]) announced today that the Company is planning to have an integrated audit performed for 2009. An integrated audit combines the financial statement audit with the attestation of management's assessment of the Company's internal controls and the effectiveness of those controls over financial reporting. Internal controls include policies and procedures that are designed to ensure that a company's financial statements are both reliable and prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The Company has had financial audits conducted for the prior five years.

Allied's decision to have a fully integrated audit in 2009 is based on the Company's plans to become a fully reporting company in 2010.

The Company's independent auditor is Jewett, Schwartz, Wolfe & Associates located in Hollywood, Florida.

"We firmly believe that we are making the right decision to facilitate the Company's growth in the future," said Steve Stengell, Allied's President.
