TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 15, 2009) - MagIndustries Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MAA) ("MagIndustries" or the "Company") announced today that the Company expects to release its Year-end 2008 results on Thursday, April 16, 2009.
A conference call for shareholders, analysts and other members of the investment community has been scheduled for Friday April 17, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results and provide updates on operations.

MagIndustries will host a conference call to discuss its 2008 year-end results. The Company will also take questions regarding the Kouilou project debt financing led by our advisors BNP Paribas.
