PINEVILLE, LA--(Marketwire - April 13, 2009) - Cleco Corp. (NYSE: [ CNL ]) will hold its 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 10 a.m. Eastern Time (9 a.m. Central Time) on Friday, April 24, 2009. The meeting will be held at the Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, 2727 Monroe Highway, Pineville Convention Center, Ft. Randolph Room, Pineville, La.
