Centerline Holding Company Announces Revision to Previously Reported 2008 Schedule K-1 Tax Forms
NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Centerline Holding Company (OTC: CLNH) ("Centerline" or the "Company"), the parent company of Centerline Capital Group, a provider of real estate financial and asset management services, today announced revisions to the Company's common shareholders' 2008 Schedule K-1 forms that were available on Centerline's website last week.
Centerline's common shareholders who have already downloaded or requested their 2008 Schedule K-1 Tax forms should disregard the forms previously received as the revised 2008 Schedule K-1 forms will be available on or about March 2, 2009 on the Company's secure website, [ www.centerline.com ]. Revised hard copies will also be mailed at that time.
