BALTIMORE--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE), a subsidiary of Constellation Energy (NYSE:CEG), announced today that it declared quarterly dividends at the specified rate for all of its outstanding preferred stock, payable April 1, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2009.
