The ambitious mixed-use development promises not only to add much-needed housing and commercial space but also to act as a crucial connective tissue, seamlessly integrating the park with the wider Greenville community.

Announced initially in 2024, the project gained final approvals from the Greenville Planning Commission late last year, paving the way for construction to begin in the spring of 2026. The scale of the development is significant. RealtyLink envisions a vibrant neighborhood comprised of up to 330 modern apartment units, catering to Greenville's growing demand for urban living.
