Milind Nagnur, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Kotak Mahindra Bank, one of India's leading private sector banks, has resigned from his positions. His resignation was announced on January 3, 2025, and he will step down effective April 30, 2025. Nagnur has been with the bank for over 15 years, playing a pivotal role in its digital transformation and technology strategy. His departure comes at a time when the bank is focusing on enhancing its digital capabilities to stay competitive in the rapidly evolving financial sector. The bank has not yet announced a successor for these critical roles.
