Goldeneye Recruits Veteran Reservoir Geologist as Vice President Exploration
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 18, 2013) -Goldeneye Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:GOE) (the "Company" or "Goldeneye") is pleased to announce a key appointment to the Company's management team for its Keyes Dome light oil appraisal and development project in Cimarron County, Oklahoma. Mr. Monty E. Hoffman has joined the Company as Vice President of Exploration.
Mr. Monty E. Hoffman has joined the Company as Vice President of Exploration. Mr. Hoffman is a veteran reservoir geologist with 35 years in exploration and production experience in the oil and gas sector, with 100 million BOE of discoveries on his resume. Mr. Hoffman is a highly regarded well completion specialist and was recently the keynote speaker at the Annual Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute distinguished speakers series at the University of Wyoming.
Mr. Hoffman worked as an exploration and development geologist for Chevron Oil Corp. and was instrumental in the exploration and development of the Painters reservoir, one of the most productive oil and gas fields in the United States. He finished his career with Chevron as a district geologist, running their mid-continent exploration team.
During the past 22 years, Mr. Hoffman has specialized extensively in the field of enhanced oil recovery projects and has designed completion techniques to maximize oil flows for numerous smaller independent producers throughout the United States. He has gained considerable expertise and a track record of success at many plays, including Whitney Canyon-Carter Creek, WY, Painter and East Painter, WY, Covenant, UT, Brooks Ranch, WY, Big Horn Basin, WY, as well as the Central Montana Uplift and the Poplar Field in Montana.

Mr. Hoffman is a published reservoir geologist and is a graduate from Northern Arizona University, BSc. Geology, as well as University of Wyoming, MSc. Geology. Further, Mr. Hoffman is a member in good standing of the AAPG (American Association of the Petroleum Geologists).
